Mr. Lim Teik Han
A software development and implementation professional dedicated to business process and performance measurement, Lim Teik Han has over 20 years of industry track record across Malaysia, Singapore and China. He founded Softegic Systems Management Sdn Bhd in 1999 and Lincoln ICT Disputes Management Sdn Bhd in 2010. Softegic focuses on software development and implementation while Lincoln promotes the use of arbitration and/or mediation as the preferred mode in resolving software-related disputes (including the use of software expert witness in litigation and arbitral proceedings). Teik Han worked at Capgemini Asia Pacific, AQS (Int'l), and Sony Electronics before venturing into his own software development and implementation business.
Called to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in 2008, Teik Han served in CIArb (Malaysia Branch) committee from 2009 to 2010. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), and received formal mediator training from the Malaysian Bar. Teik Han obtained his first degree in MIS from Southern Illinois University (1991) and pursed a Masters of Information Systems degree from Central Queensland University while working in Singapore. Registered under Singapore Institute of Material Management (SIMM), Teik Han also studied APICS CPIM body of knowledge and was the recipient of Enterprise Innovative Fund (EIF) from Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) of Malaysia. In 2011, Teik Han was named the recipient of Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2011.
